Chiao! I`m Simon! Originaly from Latvia. Have finished accordeon class in 1990, after that interested in dancing and 10 years learned dances of different nationalities, also enjoyed jazz dance, aerobics! Have good basketball skills and communication bachelor degree(journalist). Anyway i do what i was born to do, at least i think  so almost 18 years of my dj experience – to share my feeling of groove and music with people. That`s da way of my communication with world. My first musical influences was popular hits of 1982 to 1985 because my father worked in factory which produced radio, cassette recorders and also turntables.  After that came influence of house at end of 80s and early 90s rave culture.  That was fun!!! My first sets played on cassette recorders, then tried on tape recorders, cd and vinyl! Long time i played just for fun and little revenue! But there was no big perspective in my little town for development in djing and that often pissed me off! Once it was enough and i moved to Spain at end of 2002 for tasting different style of life! 6 month i spent working, chillin, exploring people, spanish culture, because i like to explore.  For me djing  is not only a feel of a groove, feel of a vibration and mood, but also exploring peoples behaviour. Like a sociology. There are plenty of things being noticed during the gigs and parties. This blog is kind of my window to world and i am enjoying that. If you like Simongroove  i`m happy.
